● We accept payment through paypal , all major credit card, check or wire transfer. We will not process the order unless payment through check or wire transfer will be cleared.

● Item condition “Refurbished” means we pull the parts from working systems. Our technicians test/clean the parts according to industry standards and repack them for shipping to customer. (WE DO NOT REPAIR ANY PARTS FOR SELLING PURPOSES)

● Item Condition “New others” means item pulled from brand new system and does not have original Manufacturer packaging material.

● 0-Hours on hard drives means the hard drives are never installed used in a system and is brand new with No hour usage on them.

● We do not ship to Russia because of Russian Custom restrictions.

●For shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii please email us with your address, item description and quantity before buying for shipping quotes.

●We do not ship to P.O BOX, APO/FPO addresses.

●We ship worldwide, if you want shipping quotes please provide your complete address, item description and quantity of the item and we will reply shipping quotes through Fedex Services. Local Taxes and Custom Duties are buyer responsibility.

●Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving full payment and tracking number will either email or update on your ebay/ Paypal transaction page. We ship Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will not ship items on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
